Reporting Issues (24‑Hour Window):
If your camel milk arrives spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or expired, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via one of these channels:

What We Need From You:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Photo of the product showing the problem
- Photo of the cap sticker (lot number & expiration date)
- Photo of packing slip (if wrong or missing item)
Resolution:
Once we receive your complete claim within 24 hours, we’ll respond within 4 business hours and — if eligible — will offer
- A replacement shipped at no cost
Resolutions are typically finalized within 3–5 business days.
